Kernersville is a small town located on interstate 40 in the central Piedmont area of North Carolina. It is located within 15 minutes of the cities of Winston Salem, Greensboro, and High Point, North Carolina, and is approximately 30 to 45 minutes drive from the cities of Burlington and Asheboro, North Carolina. It is approximately one to one and a half hours drive west of the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area of North Carolina. It is approximately two to two and a half hours east of Asheville, North Carolina. It is also within an hours drive of many areas of southern Virginia (Danville, Martinsville, etc.) and approximately 2 hours south of Roanoke, Virginia.
Directions from Greensboro and points east:
Travel west on I-40 towards Winston Salem. Bear right onto business I-40 at the split towards Kernersville. Take the second Kernersville exit (Main Street), and turn right off of the exit ramp. Move over into the left lane and take a left at the first stop light onto Old Winston Road (Hess and Hardees at this intersection). Go approximately 1/4 mile and turn left into the "Kernersville Professional Center" parking lot. Our office is in the front of the building about midway down--suite 107 (just beyond Grimm Dentistry, Allergy Partners, and Parks Chiropractic).
Directions from Winston Salem and point west:
Take business I-40 east towards Kernersville (if coming from points west of Winston Salem, take the BUSINESS I-40 exit toward downtown Winston Salem as entering the western side of Winston Salem). Travel approximately 10 miles west of downtown Winston Salem on business I-40, and exit on the first Kernersville exit (Main Street). Turn left off of the exit ramp onto Main Street. Cross over I-40 and move into the left lane to take a left at the second stop light onto Old Winston Road (Hess and Hardees at this intersection). Go approximately 1/4 mile and turn left into the "Kernersville Professional Center" parking lot. Our office is in the front of the building about midway down--suite 107 (just beyond Grimm Dentistry, Allergy Partners, and Parks Chiropractic).
Directions from Charlotte and points southwest:
From areas on the eastern side of Charlotte, take I-85 north towards Winston Salem and Greensboro. Exit onto Business I-85 and US Route 52 north near Lexington. Stay on route 52 north into downtown Winston Salem and exit onto BUSINESS I-40 east towards Kernersville. Travel approximately 10 miles west of downtown Winston Salem on business I-40, and exit on the first Kernersville exit (Main Street). Cross over I-40 and move into the left lane to take a left at the second stop light onto Old Winston Road (Hess and Hardees at this intersection). Go approximately 1/4 mile and turn left into the "Kernersville Professional Center" parking lot. From areas on the western side of Charlotte, take I-77 north to Statesville and exit onto I-40 east towards Winston Salem. When entering the western side of Winston Salem, exit onto BUSINESS I-40 towards downtown W-S. Continue through downtown W-S and travel approximately 10 miles west of downtown Winston Salem on business I-40, and exit on the first Kernersville exit (Main Street). Turn left off of the exit ramp onto Main Street. Cross over I-40 and move into the left lane to take a left at the second stop light onto Old Winston Road (Hess and Hardees at this intersection). Directions from points north:
From areas to the northeast of Kernersville, take US route 29 south towards Greensboro and exit onto I-40west/Bus85 south. Proceed west to the I-40/I-85 split, and stay right onto I-40. Continue west on I-40, and then stay right onto BUSINESS I-40 towards Winston Salem and Kernersville. Take the second Kernersville exit (Main Street), and turn right off of the exit ramp. Move over into the left lane and take a left at the first stop light onto Old Winston Road (Hess and Hardees at this intersection). Go approximately 1/4 mile and turn left into the "Kernersville Professional Center" parking lot. From areas to the northwest of Kernersville, take US route 52 south towards Winston Salem. Continue into downtown Winston Salem and exit onto BUSINESS I-40 east towards Kernersville.
